Conversation Topics

The community, first and foremost, is a forum to facilitate problem solving and constructive conversations specific to using the Demyst platform. Numerous Demyst data experts are available to help.

In addition to the community providing a place for data and technical assistance, it should serve as an open forum on the challenges and innovations in data access in general. Demyst aims for its platform to strip away friction in that process, and can provide the most for users when receiving their feedback and insights. These conversations can happen anywhere in the community, but especially in #general, #random, and #blogs.

Alternative Outlets

The Demyst community is just one way to get in touch with Demyst experts. Demyst also offers live assistance via the chat feature in the platform as well as help via email at [email protected]. And of course, Demyst customers may contact their account representatives with any questions or concerns. Our existing documentation connected to live Data APIs and our new documentation pages (launching soon!) will help you self-serve your data solutions!
